Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") set out the agreement between you and Pancake ("we," "us," or "our") for your use of our software and services (the "Services"). Please read them before accessing or using the Services.

1. Acceptance of these Terms

Accessing, installing, or using the Services means that you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to them, do not use the Services.

2. License terms

Use of the Services requires a valid license. A license is issued to one user for that user's personal use.

Licenses are personal and may not be transferred. You may not share, sell, lend, sublicense, or otherwise pass your license to another person. Each user must have an individual valid license. We may verify licenses and suspend access if a license is invalid, expired, or used improperly.

3. Account security

You must protect your account credentials and are responsible for activity performed through your account. You may not share your credentials with anyone else. Notify us promptly if you learn of or suspect unauthorized access to your account.

4. Restrictions on use

You may not do any of the following, or help another person do so:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, decrypt, or use another method to try to discover the software's source code;
• Copy or modify the software, or create derivative works from it;
• Distribute or resell the software, or sublicense a license; or
• Evade, disable, or disrupt a license check or security measure.

You must not use the Services in connection with an unlawful activity or purpose.

5. License purchases and refunds

Pancake does not sell licenses directly. Licenses are offered by third-party vendors, and any purchase agreement is between you and the vendor from whom you buy.

A refund is not guaranteed. Send refund requests to the vendor that handled your purchase, since only that vendor can issue a refund. Pancake does not process refunds and accepts no responsibility for a vendor's billing or payment practices.

6. Suspension or termination

We may suspend or terminate your account, license, or access to the Services at any time, including when we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. Termination immediately ends your right to use the Services, and no refund is due. Provisions that are intended to continue after termination will remain effective.

7. Intellectual property

Pancake owns the Services, the software, and all associated intellectual property rights. Your license provides only a limited, revocable, non-transferable permission to use the Services. No additional rights are granted.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law permits, the Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pancake is not responsible for indirect or consequential damages, or for lost data or profits, arising from your use of or inability to use the Services.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may change these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when published here. By continuing to use the Services after a change is posted, you accept the revised Terms. Please check this page periodically.
